To claim your free ferry crossing you must download and complete the form available on this page. We must recieve your completed for within 7 days of your website or phone booking. Free ferry travel cannot be claimed after 7 days.

Wightlink Terms & Conditions of travel are issued subject to the Terms & Conditions for the Carriage of Persons, Non-commercial vehicles and goods on Wightlink Ferries a copy of which is available from any Wightlink Ticket Office, on the Wightlink website http://www.wightlink.co.uk/terms--conditions.aspx or by telephoning the Wightlink Call Centre on 0871 376 1000.

For operating reasons ships may have to sail a little before or after advertised sailing times.  Motorists are required to check in at least 30 minutes (but not more than one hour) before advertised departure and foot passengers 15 minutes before they sail.
