Wonderfuil!- Immaculate accomodation, in glorious location. The space within Hoys worked extremely well with two families, both with small children, as did the enclosed outside space. Looking forward to a stay in Pepperpot sometime soon. Thank you.

We had a fabulous weekend in beautiful surroundings. From the underfloor heating right through to the bath towels, everything felt luxurious. A perfect place to relax and party. Private, special and great for young children. Great management, good green credentials and everything you need on the doorstep. Can't wait for an excuse to come back!

A very high standard of both decoration and attention to detail. A perfect venue for a relaxing break with kids and dogs - and great pubs nearby for the adults. Highly recommended.

We spent new year at the barn and it was really beautiful. Fabulous comfort and great for all of us and duke the dog. well done Neil et all for a great conversion. we will be back!!

Just returned from a weeks break with the whole family spent at Pepperpot barn over christmas. A fantastic setting with all barns decorated and furnished to a very high and comfortable standard. Located in a very friendly village with great pub. Happy to finally find somewhere clean,modern and comfortable that still caters for dogs on the island. A real gem that we would certainly recommend without hesitation, we will definately be back!!! ps Neil is a great host and the complimentry mince pies were lovely!

We had a wonderful, relaxing stay and the accommodation made the break all the more enjoyable. Our daughter loved the surroundings and space and we can't thank Neil enough for his help during our stay. We very much look forward to returning to Niton Barns with friends for a holiday next year.
