We were a group of 8 adults and 6 children and stayed in PepperPot for 3 nights. It was wonderful. Very spacious. Plenty of bathroom facilities and everything finished to a very high standard. A perfect place for a gathering. We will most certainly make a return visit.

This was our second stay at Niton Barns which was just as good as the first. The Barns are excellent, in a beautiful convenient position and maintained to a very high standard. Without a doubt the best self-catering accommodation on The Island.

We had a fantastic week in Tennyson Barn. The accomodation was of a very high standard in a beautiful and we had everything we needed for ourselves and our 6 month old son. Well recommended!

We had an enjoyable and relazing stay at niton barns.Tennyson barn was spacious enough for the two of us,and our dogs.Set in great surroundings,would recommend it to anyone wanting a chill out break on the island.

We have just returned from Niton Barns and would recommend them to anyone they have every thing could wish for and more,This was our 1st stay on the island so we did not know what two expect but it was great and this was made possible by Neil who has a good knowledge of the island and is very help full had a great time and hope to return soon.Thanks a Lot Neil for being a good host.

Our church group hired three barns. It was such a joy to find ourselves in such a wonderful location enjoying such luxury. The quality of the accommodation in a lovely setting made the weekend for us.

The best way I would sum up Niton Barnes is that it is a hidden jem of a place, totally unique and very rare as are the staff. The whole place just shouts out quality everywhere you look including bespoke hard wood furniture and doors hand made on the Island. Even the bedding and towels are predictably of an extremely high quality matching that of the Hotel Grande Bretagne Athens from where I have recently returned. Everything is super clean and well maintained. I spent a great five days at the Hoys Barn with a group of friends and relatives and all ten of us were sad to leave and can't wait to return. Well done to all at Niton Barnes you have created something really outstanding. Keep up the great work.

We have just returned from Niton Barns and would recommend them to anyone. Stunning barns, spotlessly clean, warm, comfortable and with a warm wlecome from Neil. Kitchen was well equipped and beds were really comfortable. The location is great, really quiet but with good pubs nearby and lots of walking from the door. We WILL be back!
