fantastic holiday the barn was so lovely the web site doesn't do the whole place justice there was 9 of us plus our dog & we all had a lovely time. The lemon cake was delicious & didn't last very long with us all eating it. we'll be definitely coming back many thanks

My family and I loved our stay at Niton's Barns. The accommodation was perfect and we are recommending this to all our friends and family. Our dog was especially happy because we had a private garden. I think Niton is a wonderful quiet village location with some beautiful walks all around and also pubs within walking distance. Thankyou!

A beautiful property in a beautiful location. The accommodation was extremely luxurious and well equipped. Neil provided a high level of customer service and a warm welcome. Will definiteley return and recommend to friends and family.

We were a group of 8 adults and 6 children and stayed in PepperPot for 3 nights. It was wonderful. Very spacious. Plenty of bathroom facilities and everything finished to a very high standard. A perfect place for a gathering. We will most certainly make a return visit.

This was our second stay at Niton Barns which was just as good as the first. The Barns are excellent, in a beautiful convenient position and maintained to a very high standard. Without a doubt the best self-catering accommodation on The Island.

We had a fantastic week in Tennyson Barn. The accomodation was of a very high standard in a beautiful and we had everything we needed for ourselves and our 6 month old son. Well recommended!
