The Pepper Pot, also known as St Catherine’s Oratory was built in 1314 and is Britain’s second oldest lighthouse. Though no longer in use, fires were once lit in the tower to warn ships of the islands rugged southern coastline.

The Pepper Pot is our largest and most luxurious, accommodating up to 14 people. Featuring a large dining table seating up to 20 people and a grand lounge all set within a spacious open plan living area, under the lovingly resorted period beamed ceiling dating back to the 17th century. The Pepper Pot offers flexibility with two bedrooms being able to accommodate up to four persons. This barn is fit for a truly special occasion for you and your party.

All our barns have been tastefully converted with the highest standard décor throughout and Pepper Pot is no exception
